Our discounted room block rate has expired, but we have a few rooms remaining on hold at $621 per night for king rooms and $721 per night for double-bed rooms including the $45 per night resort fee. Tax is additional.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

To book your discounted reservation, access our room block portal or call 877-557-3092 and mention "Bradley Impact Fund Winter Retreat." Rates are $621 per night for king rooms and $721 per night for double-bed rooms, $45 per night resort fee included. Tax is additional.

RESERVATIONS DEADLINE

Our reduced rate will be available until Friday, January 23, 2026. 

RESERVATIONS DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION

All reservations will be accompanied by a first night’s deposit plus tax. Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

AIRPORT

The resort is 21 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

PARKING

Overnight valet service is $40 per evening. Self-parking is offered at a discounted rate of $20 per evening.

Hourly valet and self-parking is available for local participants.

The hotel’s resort fee of $45 per night is included in your room reservation nightly rate and provides:
